IT-purchase conditions

As an organisation you often have purchase conditions. These purchase conditions often are unsuitable for the purchase of software or IT-services. Our solution provides the possibility to add IT-modules to your existing purchase conditions. We can also, of course, draw up purchase conditions if your organisation does not have these purchase conditions yet.

At a fixed amount per element we provide the following documentation:

• the necessary purchase conditions
• IT-module intended for the purchase of software
• IT-module intended for the purchase of hardware
• IT-module intended for the performance of IT-services or the secondment of IT-personnel

Tailor-made alterations, inclusion of the conditions in your purchase process and training in the use of these conditions, we can thereupon offer at an attractive reduced rate.
